Lead time: 3 weeks for full custom drink design with branded cups.

Yes. From three-day fragrance pop-ups to week-long fashion-adjacent retail activations, we set up consistent daily service with the same cart, same crew, same styling. For multi-day pop-ups we coordinate equipment storage on-site, daily restocking, and weather contingency where the activation is outdoor.

Minimum service is 1 hour, starting at $545 for up to 10 guests. Most weddings book a 2-3 hour service for cocktail hour or after-ceremony coffee. Pop-up activations typically book in half-day or full-day blocks. For multi-day pop-ups we offer a discounted day rate. Quote returned within 24 hours of your enquiry.

For weddings, we recommend booking 3-6 months ahead — especially for peak wedding season (October-April) and Saturday dates. For lifestyle launches and pop-ups, lead time depends on customisation: signature drink design and branded cups need 3 weeks, full cart wraps need 3 weeks, basic styling and signage 7 working days. A 30% deposit secures the date.
