Compliance for office buildings
Most CBD towers and corporate venues require Certificate of Currency 5-10 days before bump-in. We carry $20 million public liability insurance and full workers' compensation cover, and we email the COI to your building manager directly. 14-day invoice terms for established corporate clients. Yes. Established corporate clients are invoiced on 14-day terms post-event. Longer terms available by arrangement. We can be set up as a vendor in your procurement system, provide compliance documentation, and accept purchase orders. A 30% deposit secures the date for new clients, balance due seven days before the event.
Yes — oat, almond, soy and lactose-free milks are included as standard, not as an add-on. Decaf is available alongside the regular menu. For dessert services we can offer gluten-free and vegan options on acai bowls, smoothies, and frozen yoghurt. Tell us your team's dietary requirements at booking and we'll plan around them.
Our standard cart needs roughly 2 metres wide by 1 metre deep, plus a small clear area for the barista to work and a queue line for guests. Power: a single standard 10A power outlet. We're a coffee cart, not a coffee van — so we fit in lobbies, breakout spaces, boardroom corners, and rooftop terraces. Tell us the space at booking and we'll confirm it works.
Our minimum service is 1 hour, starting at $545 for up to 10 guests. Most office events run 2-3 hours covering a morning tea, lunch service, or all-day client function. We charge in clear hourly blocks with no hidden surcharges. Quote returned within 24 hours of your enquiry.
