Hospitality activations, engineered for industry conferences.
Ten years inside Australia's pharma, banking, and insurance conference circuit. Stand-build integration, bespoke menu engineering, sustained throughput, compliance-grade service. Built for the event managers who can't afford a vendor that doesn't show up.
The cart is the activation. Or it's a coordination headache.
Pharma marketing leads tell us the same thing: hospitality is the second-most-photographed feature on a conference floor, after the booth itself. It's also the thing most likely to break the experience. Coffee runs out. Queues build. Equipment fails. Vendors arrive late, leave early, or don't fit the booth's design language.
What changes the equation is treating hospitality as an extension of the stand build, not an add-on. The cart becomes part of the booth. The menu reflects the campaign. The throughput is engineered for a 200-delegate morning rush. The barista is briefed on the brand story and stays for every minute of every session.
That's the shift. From "we hired some coffee guys" to "the cart became one of the most-talked-about parts of the conference."
Our Approach
Four ways we make your stand work harder.
Not a generic coffee cart hired at the last minute. A hospitality activation engineered into the stand from the design phase.
01
Stand-build integration
We collaborate with Display Builders and Creative Concept Design at the booth-design stage. The cart isn't placed next to your stand. It's built into it. Same finishes, same brand language, same flow as the rest of the activation. No coordination headache for your event team.
02
Bespoke menu engineering
Coffee is the flagship, but conference activations rarely stop there. We design signature drink menus tied to the campaign: smoothie bars, frozen yoghurt with self-serve toppings, soft serve, branded iced lattes, and dessert add-ons. The menu becomes the story your delegates remember.
03
Sustained, made-to-order throughput
Conference rushes happen in 90-minute windows. Our peak measured rate is 83 cups per hour, sustained, recorded at the Zurich NIBA Conference. One barista, one cart, made-to-order. For larger conferences we scale with a second barista on the same cart, or a second cart in a different traffic zone.
04
Compliance-grade service
Every barista holds a current Food Safety Supervisor certificate. We carry $20 million public liability insurance. Certificate of Currency is emailed to your venue manager directly on request, usually 5-10 days before bump-in. The procurement boxes are ticked before you ask.

Conference FAQ
The questions event managers ask.
Quick answers to the operational, compliance, and capacity questions that come up before procurement sign-off.
One barista pours 60-80 coffees per hour, sustained, with a peak of 83 measured at Zurich NIBA. A second barista on the same cart roughly doubles output to 140-160 per hour. For conferences expecting more than 1,000 coffees a day we recommend a second cart in a different traffic zone to avoid queue build-up.

Full cart wraps need 3 weeks. For stand-build collaborations with Display Builders or Creative Concept Design, design integration starts at the booth-design stage.
